Scott having joined Hands On Hands Rehabilitation Center in 2007, has not only grown with the practice but in 2024 he has expanded his ownership from not only our Laguna Hills clinic but now including our Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Los Alamitos. The timing is perfect as Janet retires to keep the business in the family and allowing our excellent quality of care to continue without interruption. We are excited about this growth and change allowing his incredible skills as a Certified Hand Therapist to be available in all 4 locations. Scott has had quite a year in 2023, He got Married, is expecting a new baby boy in early 2024. He graduated in 2000 at New York Institute of Technology receiving his Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy. He practiced in New York at Hand and Upper Extremity Rehab. and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2006 after completing an extensive amount of hands-on experience and educational training. Scott loves to travel, enjoys skiing and fishing. We are truly blessed to have him as our new owner, and manager.

Janet has a new role at Hands On Hands Rehab Center. She has stepped down from the owner and now is a consultant and an assistant for Scott as he transitions to the ownership from one clinic in Laguna Hills to now all 4 clinics in Laguna Hills, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach and Los Alamitos. She is the original founder of the private practice which opened in 1981 and celebrated almost 43 years in private practice. Time has come for her to adventure into the next season of her life but not without passing the Paton to Scott and providing the smoothest transition with the highest level of continued care for our patients. You might still be able to see her in Costa Mesa when she is not filming as an extra in her favorite T.V. series The Chosen. Check out seasons 3 in the feeding of the 5,000, Season 4 (not sure if she's on the cutting floor?) and Season 5 Holy Week, to see if you can find her. Meredith has over 37 years experience working in hand therapy. She graduated from USC in 1984 and went on to become a Certified Hand Therapist in 1991. She joined HOH in 2008 and is treating at our Laguna Hills office as our supervising therapist. Meredith is an exceptional hand therapist and a great addition to our group. She is the proud mother to twin adult girls and with multiple grandchildren. Overjoyed and blessed does not describe her love in the role as grandma. Her hobbies include being a grandma, rubber stamping, walking, theater, musical instruments, and reflexology.

Greg joined us in August of 2023. We are blessed with his skills as a Upper Extremity and Hand therapist. He graduated from USC with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Greg is married to his high school sweetheart, sorry girls. He is one of 4 boys and has lived in CA all his life. He enjoys Pickleball, throwing extravagant birthday parties, eating sushi, Disneyland and watching Crime shows.

Leah came to Hands on Hands in 2022 joining the Laguna Hills office. She also splits her time in our Huntington Beach and Costa Mesa office bringing her wonderful skills to our patients there. She received her Master's in Occupational Therapy in 2018 from St. Augustine and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2024. Leah has a niece who she loves to spend time with and a Labradoodle, Stella the love of her life. Her interests include reading, cooking, gardening and stand up paddle boarding
Jessi graduated from California State University San Bernardino with a BS in Kinesiology. She worked for 3 years in sports rehab and hands, and 3 years in Pediatrics. Jessi joined Hands on Hands in 2023 and splits her time between our Los Alamitos and Huntington Beach office with occasionally helping out in our Costa Mesa office. Jessi has a small family of 3, her husband and Toy Yorkipoo Shaggy. When she can she loves to bake, hike, paint, travel and of course spending time with her very large extended family. We are happy to have her in our family.

Jay graduated in 1992 from Mount Saint Mary's college with a license as a Certified Occupational Therapist.
Jay has worked as a COTA for 33 years in various areas practice with the last 23 Years being in Hand Therapy. He has been with HOH for 17 years now and enjoy working with thier patients. When not working with patients at HOH, he enjoys hiking, fishing and camping. Last year he also started a new chapter in my career as a Part time Professor at Platt Colleges OTA Program for future Therapy Assistants. Teaching Anatomy, Kinesiology and Hand Therapy.
Sunny received her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from CSU Dominguez Hills before joining Hands on Hands in October 2024. Sunny's interest in hands began in 2020 when she worked as an aide at a hand therapy clinic. She initially worked in pediatrics before returning to hand therapy. When she isn't working, she enjoys watching music videos of her favorite K-pop boy band, RIIZE.

Taylor joined Hands on Hands Rehab in November 2024 as the designated floater, providing support across the Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and Laguna Hills offices. Even as a native to Orange County, Taylor loves the snow and skiing, which inspired her decision to move to Utah for graduate school. She earned her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her close friends and family, especially when it involves cooking and eating together.
Blake earned his BA degree in Psychology at UC Irvine before discovering the world of Occupational Therapy through various work and volunteering experiences. In 2016 he graduated from Loma Linda University with his Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. As a Certified Hand Therapist, he continues to learn and help people return to work, sports, and the hobbies they loved before their injury. In his free time, Blake enjoys traveling to different countries, exploring national parks, reading, and watching movies. He and his wife love to stay active through yoga, lap swimming, CrossFit, Muay Thai, and other strength and conditioning modalities. In December 2023, they traveled to Thailand to complete their 200-hour yoga teacher training. Blake is continually expanding his fitness knowledge and applying it to help patients reach their goals.

Ana joined us in 2017. After we tried for a few years to get Ana to join HOH, our worlds finally united. Ana received her MA in Medical Assistant from Ritchey Center R.O.P. in 2007. She comes with a great deal of experience working in both the front and back offices. In June of 2024, Ana became the office manager for all four offices. Ana is married and has two children. She enjoys drawing in her free time as well as shopping, walking and just enjoying the outdoors and breathing in the fresh air. We couldn't be happier to have Ana as a part of our family.

Claudia joined Hands On Hands Rehab Center in July of 2022 and runs the front office in our Los Alamitos office. She has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Claudia has also worked in a law firm and homecare services. She has a variety of experience that she has brought to HOH. She received a Certification of Christology through the Catholic Diocese of Orange, a 4 year study and graduated in 2003. She has a beautiful daughter, loves to listen to Christian music and films that as she states lifts her spirits- food for her soul. Some of her favorite bands are Mercy Me, Casting Crowns and For King and Country. Her favorite past time is spending time with her family and friends. Claudia has a beautiful faith and gives all the glory to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is such a beautiful person inside and out and we are blessed to have her as part of our family.

Loida joined Hands On Hands family in April of 2024. She is in our Huntington Beach front office. She has been in the Medical front office services since 2004. She is fluent fluent Spanish and is a great addition for our Huntington Beach Office. She has a pleasant and friendly nature about her that is helpful for those with challenging insurance concerns.

Michelle started at Hands On Hands Rehab Center on April fools day of 2024. We really were offering her the position but she had to convince her family that it wasn't a joke and glad that she believed us. She runs our front office in the Laguna Hills office. Michelle has worked in the medical industry since 2012 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the healthcare system. She speaks Spanish which is a huge asset for our patients being seen in Laguna Hills Office. Michelle is a proud mother of 2 "sassy" girls. They are her sunshine in a cloudy day, and the light of her life. She loves to relax and lay out on the beach or pool, anywhere that has water, with one of her passions swimming. Well Southern California is the place for her.
